If the service does not work properly or the agreed service is not delivered to you correctly, the value of the service will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 working days.
Upon requesting a refund, all services provided to you will be completely cancelled.
Some cases in which the return cannot be completed are:
•After accepting and completely ending the provided service.
•There was no clear reason for the refund.
